Robért

Dr. Brad Robért, DVM

Dr. Brad Robért grew up in Hiawatha, Kansas, where his love for animals began with the many family pets he cared for throughout his childhood. Drawn to biology and the desire to help others, he pursued veterinary medicine and has spent the past 10 years in mixed-animal private practice, treating companion animals, food animal species, and the occasional exotic pet.

He enjoys building strong partnerships with pet owners and believes it is our responsibility as caregivers to advocate for animals who cannot speak for themselves. His professional interests include preventive care, internal medicine, behavior and low stress handling, and a strong passion for surgery.

Surgical and Emergency Expertise

Dr. Robért provides a broad range of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, including fracture repair, limb amputations, C-sections, tumor removals, gastrointestinal procedures (such as GDV and intestinal surgery), urinary surgeries, and advanced wound care. He is also experienced in emergency procedures such as thoracentesis, blood transfusion management, electrolyte correction, and stabilization of fractures and dislocations.

He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and is bovine carcass ultrasound certified.
